Terms of Use
These terms set baseline expectations for using RootBadger. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and follow applicable rules.
Use of the service
You are responsible for your account and activity. Do not use RootBadger to break the law, harass people, impersonate others, distribute spam or malware, evade moderation, or interfere with the service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. By posting on RootBadger, you grant RootBadger permission to host, display, format, transmit, moderate, and preserve that content as needed to operate the service.
Age and account eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We check the date of birth supplied at registration for eligibility but do not add it to your account profile. Do not provide a false date. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we may disable it and handle its data according to our Privacy Policy.
Copyright and repeat infringement
Do not post material unless you have the rights or permission needed to share it. We review sufficiently specific infringement notices and may remove or disable access to material. In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We may consider counter-notices and restore material where the law permits. Safety and reporting
Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, threats, doxxing, and non-consensual intimate material are prohibited. Use the report controls on posts and messages, block another user from their profile, or contact us about a user or other concern. See our public Safety and Reporting Standards.
RootBadger Plus and donations
RootBadger Plus is a recurring subscription billed at the price and monthly or annual interval shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal linked from your Paid plan page. Check the portal for the effective cancellation date and any remaining paid access. A donation is a separate one-time payment and does not start a subscription. For billing mistakes or refund requests, contact admin@rootbadger.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually; applicable legal rights are not limited by these terms.
Moderation
RootBadger may remove content, restrict accounts, lock threads, limit features, or take other moderation actions when content or behavior violates site rules, applicable law, or platform safety policies.
No guarantee of availability
RootBadger is provided as-is. Features may change, break, or be removed. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
Policy changes
RootBadger may update these terms and related policies as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
